Thanks to the support of a Youth Digital Filmmakers' grant from the California Council for the Humanities,* nine local youth leaders were able to capture their journey exploring their own stories of (dis)connection with their own LGBTQ history.
Ally Action was selected as 1 of 8 grantees in the state to secure this award, and was honored to premiere a rough cut screening of Don't Erase My History at the prestigious Los Angeles Film Festival. |

The film is now in its final format, and will be accompanied by a curriculum guide for use in classrooms across California and beyond.
